Frequently asked questions

What is FanCoin (FC)?add
FanCoin is the platform’s internal currency. You buy FanCoin with real money, stake it on bets and games, and withdraw eligible balances back to your account. Every stake, prize and transfer on FanBet247 is in FanCoin.
How do I add money to my account?add
Open Add Funds / Credit Wallet, pick a payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Your FanCoin balance updates once the payment is approved. See the full steps in the desktop or mobile guide under “Wallet”.
Why can’t I withdraw yet?add
Withdrawals require KYC (identity) verification and are subject to daily/monthly limits based on your KYC tier. Complete KYC Verification first, then submit a withdrawal. Requests above a threshold are reviewed by an admin before payout.
What’s the difference between a Challenge, a Duel and a Bet?add
A Challenge is a peer-to-peer bet on a single match — you pick a side and wait for an opponent. A Duel is a head-to-head game where players take opposite sides. “Bet” is the general word for any stake you place. All are player-vs-player; the house never bets against you.
My bet says “Open” — what does that mean?add
A bet moves through states: Open (waiting for someone to accept), Accepted/Paired (matched, waiting for the match result), then Completed (Won, Lost, Draw or Refunded). Your stake is held while a bet is Open or Paired, not lost.
Why is my balance lower than I expected?add
When you place a bet the stake is held until the bet settles, and any pending withdrawal is also set aside. So your available balance can be lower than your total. Both holds are returned if a bet is refunded or a withdrawal is cancelled.
I can’t message someone — why?add
Messaging is friends-only. Send a friend request first; once they accept, you can chat and share bets with them.
How do I switch between the mobile and desktop site?add
The site detects your device automatically. On mobile you can choose “View Desktop” in Settings, and you can read either guide on any device from this Help Center.
