Your dashboard ?page=dashboard

After logging in you land on the dashboard — your home base. The left sidebar is how you reach every other page; the top bar shows your balance and profile.

At a glance you’ll see your balance, your wins / losses / win rate, season points, your most recent active bets, and a row of available challenges you can join right away.

account_balance_wallet Wallet & FanCoin

What is FanCoin (FC)?

FanCoin is the platform currency. You buy FanCoin with real money, stake it on bets and games, win more from other players, and withdraw eligible balances back to your account. Everything on FanBet247 is priced in FC.

Add funds (buy FanCoin) Sidebar › Credit Wallet

  1. Open Credit Wallet from the sidebar (or the Add Funds button on the dashboard).
  2. Choose your currency and a payment method (bank transfer, card, etc.).
  3. Enter an amount — the page shows how much FanCoin you’ll receive at the current rate.
  4. Confirm and complete payment. Your balance updates once the payment is approved.

warning
Large top-ups may need admin review before the FanCoin appears. You’ll see the purchase as Pending in Credit History until then.

Balance vs. held vs. available Top bar · Transaction History

This trips a lot of people up. Your total balance is all your FanCoin. When you place a bet, that stake is held (set aside, not lost) until the bet settles. A pending withdrawal is also set aside. So your available balance — what you can stake right now — can be lower than your total.

Holds are returned automatically if a bet is refunded or a withdrawal is cancelled. Review every movement under Transaction History and purchases under Credit History.

A challenge is a match you can bet on against another user. The Challenges page lists open matches with both teams, kick-off time, the odds for each side and the current pool.

  • Use the filters to narrow by sport, league or date.
  • Sort by most bets, closest kick-off or highest odds.

  2. Pick your prediction: Home win, Away win, or Draw (if offered).
  3. Enter your stake in FanCoin — the form shows your potential winnings.

You can only bet while a match is open — betting closes around kick-off. You may place more than one bet on the same challenge to match different opponents.

Accept someone else’s bet Sidebar › Incoming Bets

Incoming Bets are open bets other users (often friends) created that you can take the other side of.

  1. Find a bet and click Accept.
  2. Choose your opposing prediction and enter your stake.
  3. Confirm — the bet becomes Accepted/Paired for both of you and waits for the result.

Track active bets & understand the states Accepted / Outgoing Bets

Every bet moves through clear states:

  • Open — your bet is posted, waiting for an opponent (see Outgoing Bets).
  • Accepted / Paired — matched with an opponent, waiting for the match result (see Accepted Bets).
  • Completed — settled as Won, Lost, Draw or Refunded.

When the official result is in, bets settle automatically: the winner receives up to 90% of the pool (a small platform fee applies on draws). Check outcomes under Recent Bets, and use Betting History to filter and analyse your full record (wins, losses, win rate, earnings).

How points & seasons work

Leagues run in seasons. Winning bets earn you league points; climb the table and you can be promoted from Beginner toward Premium tiers, which unlock perks like FanCoin transfers and league-specific leaderboards.

lightbulb
There are two kinds of “points”: your overall platform record and your per-league points. The leaderboard ranks by league points.

help Troubleshooting & help

Common problems

  • “My bet was rejected.” — The match likely closed (near kick-off), or your available balance was too low because of a hold. Check the kick-off time and your available balance.
  • “My withdrawal is still pending.” — Requests above a threshold are reviewed by an admin, and KYC must be approved. Watch Withdrawal History for status changes.
  • “I can’t message a user.” — Messaging is friends-only; send a friend request first.
  • “My balance looks wrong.” — Open stakes and pending withdrawals are held, lowering your available balance. They return on refund/cancel.
